Abstract Submission Guidelines
Paper Guidelines
- Registration for the conference is mandatory for the presenting author.
- The topic should be related to breast imaging and interventions only.
- An abstract which has been previously published cannot be submitted.
- Abstracts considered for the paper must be original research. We discourage submission of case reports, except for some exceptional cases.

There are two submission categories:
1. Scientific – Original research must be submitted under this category.
2. Educational – Submissions in this category will be considered as E-Posters.
- To start the abstract, include the name of the presenting author first, followed by up to five co-authors, and finally, the name of the institution.

The abstract should be structured using the following subheadings:
Title, Introduction, Aim and objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion. Maximum 1 table and/or figure may be added.
- The abstract should be written in English and must not exceed 250 words.

Submissions that are not in the prescribed format will not be entertained. Before submitting, make sure to complete all necessary changes, corrections, and proofreading.

All abstracts must be sent through email (aosbicongress2026@gmail.com). Abstract submission deadline will be 15.6.2026 12 am IST midnight. Late submissions will not be considered for review.
- The submitting (corresponding) author will receive all notifications regarding the abstract.
- No abstract content changes will be allowed after the final submission.

The Educational Committee will review all abstracts based on their scientific value, potential clinical value, and originality. The authors and institution details will be concealed for evaluation purposes. The final acceptance of each abstract will be determined by the committee.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by 30.6.2026.

Accepted papers must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) format (using the official template attached below) and must be submitted via email on or before 15.7.2026, 12 am IST midnight, after receipt of the acceptance email.

Kindly note that oral presentation will be limited strictly to ten best papers selected by the Scientific Committee and notified. The selected authors will be notified accordingly. Total time allotted: 8 minutes for presentation; 2 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Strict adherence to time limits is mandatory.
- All other accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings under the display (non-oral) category.
- Certificates will be awarded to all accepted papers (oral and non-oral category).
e -Poster guidelines:
